The printed surface may be on either surface for planar color enameled toughened & Heat Strengthen glass. For curved color, enameled toughened & Heat Strengthen Glass, the color-enameled surface can only be on its intrados.
The term "toughened glass" is generally used to describe fully tempered glass but is sometimes used to describe heat-strengthened glass as both types undergo a thermal "toughening" process.
Curved tempered glass or curved heat strengthened glass is made of annealed glass heated to its softening point, then curved to shape, and finally cooled down rapidly by special facility. We adopt advanced technology of synchronous roller shaping process, which allow to easily and flexibly adjust model, producing excellent appearance quality and good optical performance
The coating is applied off-line to pre-cut glass in a vacuum chamber at room temperature. This coating, sometimes referred to as a “soft-coat,” needs to be sealed in an IGU or laminated unit and has lower emissivity and superior solar control performance.
Low-e coatings have been developed to minimize the amount of ultraviolet and infrared light that can pass through glass without compromising the amount of visible light that is transmitted.
Insulating glass comprises two or more plies of glass that are separated with aluminum spacer fully filled with desiccant, and the sides are sealed with high-strength sealant. Annealed clear glass, tinted glass, solar reflective glass, Low-E glass, laminated glass, tempered glass, heat-strengthened glass and curved glass, etc. can be used to form insulating glass according to demands.

Glass substrates are the individual plies of glass used to fabricate glass units and may also be referred to as float glass, raw glass or glass lites. Glass substrate options include clear, tinted and low iron.
